If my tweets are private and I hashtag can people see it?
So I'm entering a "twitter contest". My twitter is private and the contest requires a tweet with a certain #hashtag. If the person running the contest were to look up the hashtag would they see my tweet? Ohh and I follow the person but the person doesn't follow me.
