If you add someone and wait for them to add you on Twitter, will you get a notification email?

I added this guy on Twitter and I don't think he added me yet, but when he does, will I know about it in my email inbox?

You will get a notification email if you opt for it. By default all new twitter accounts will be enabled with notifications.

Check your notifications in your setting notification area.
