Hit Forgot Password Than Put in your Email Address As Long as you have Access to your Old Email It Should Not be a Problem Than Facebook Will Send you a Password Reset Link to your Email Click on the Link Inside the Email Than From There you Can Change your Password

Once your in your Account Go to Account Settings Where it Says Email Click on Change and you Can Change your Email Address Hope This Helps
