can i download facebook messages?

i want to download an entire convosation and save it as a txt. document or anything really.

scrolling up takes forever since there is over 150 thousand messages.

but when i download it i want the pictures to be saved aswel.

so i like cut the messages from facebook and have them placed in a folder on my computer, can i do this?
