I am struggling with personal statment for Applied Social and Market Research course (MA)....?

wonder if you have some ideas for stand-out statement...what would convince committee to give me the place if i have very little work experience and did undergraduate long time ago?

Just start writing and don't worry how it sounds. Try to start with points you have to offer or things you've done. Get a rough list together and then worry about filling it in and making it sound good. A personal statement is a personal one and the best one will be one that is uniquely yours.
