Can I 'promote' a contest on my Facebook business page that is happening in my store?

I do know that I can not use Facebook features for contests, and I have to use third party apps for contests.

But, my question is, if I only want to 'promote' the contest on FB (people that want to enter will have to come in to my business and take action), do I still need to take any necessary precaution? I want to run a campaign advertising the contest on Facebook, but other than that, Facebook is not involved.. no liking, no sharing, etc. I just want to talk about it. Is that ok?
