Would it be a big deal if I got Facebook without asking?

I'm 13 and by far the most responsible person you'll ever meet I take on home responsibilities and I so much more I babysit and maintained good grades and its like my mom doesn't even think so I take care of her child for her. And I don't even have phone or Facebook yet. I asked her and she always says soon, but I'm sick and tired of waiting. She says you'll get Facebook when you get a phone and I'm honestly getting really annoyed at this point she takes me for granted and thinks she can control every aspect of my life. She crazy strict and has anger problems. But I really want Facebook at this point I'm mature enough. So should I just get it without asking?
