How does the "seen by..." feature work on Facebook chat?
As in how does a message get seen? Does the person have to move the mouse slightly, click on something etc? It's a very odd feature.

When Someone Clicks on the Message Facebook Records the Time they Clicked on the Message and Gets Displayed on the Other Persons Profile
