Help a noob out: How do you use Instagram on the computer? Is it even possible?

My phone is 2 years old now so it's kind of slow and annoying but I want to use Instagram. Not too post pictures but just look at photos other users have posted. Oh gosh, that sounded creepy. >_< I mean like celebrities and friends!! Lol.

You can like people's pictures, view them, and comment. You also can follow people. You CANNOT post pictures witch sucks even though you said you don't want that. Aslo to unfollow people who aren't following back you can use inst.me/
