cant find person on FACEBOOK?
so i know someone who dosent live in the same country as me and i dont go to the same school as them so i cant find them but i know which school they go to

Not everybody is on Facebook. I'm not. Maybe they are using another site that is more common in his or her country. Google what websitethat country uses instead of Facebook. Their most popular social site.
