How do I set my Facebook profile picture to friends only?
I have Facebook and everything on there is private and set to friends view only. However recently when a new friend was adding me I realised that as they typed my name into the search bar and clicked on my link it gave them the option to add friend and my profile pictures were open they could click them view them bigger and even see the comments people had left. How do I make my profile pictures private so when people search me they can only see my current profile picture and cannot see previous profile pictures I had or even click on them or anything. I want my Facebook to be when someone searches me they see the add friend sign and my current profile picture but carnt make this bigger without adding me or see anything else. Iv flicked threw settings and carnt seem to do this although everything else is private.

Go to your albums and check if there is any albums which is set to public. There's also some albums that you can't generally set to public or private, so you must edit settings for every photo inside manually. When you upload or change profile pic make sure if it's set to public, private or friends. You can change it directly from timeline.
