How to get this girl to follow me on Twitter and Instagram?

Ok, so there's this girl in my class that I kinda like. Anyway I am a good follower and usually like her photos and tweets. We are friends on Facebook, but she does not follow me on Twitter or Instagram. She likes my Facebook posts sometimes, but is not a follower on Twitter or Instagram. I don't want to sound rude, I just want her to follow me. And yes, I've tried unfollowing and refollowing.
