Depends on what rights you've given the others. Go back to the settings and see what rights you've given each person.

Yes They Can Delete you Any Admins Can Delete Anybody Including the Owner Of the Page So you Need to Becareful Who you Add as a Admin

Daniel speaks the truth, I just got done experiencing it myself. Luckily there was still one person left as admin that i knew on the page who had the ability to add me back. But anyone can delete anyone in the make admins page. So be very careful who you let in. They even deleted the owner of the page, which i thought could not be done, before today that is,
