Why is my instagram not letting me follow anyone?
I've deleted the app, re-installed it, turned my phone off and on, log out and log in. I don't know whats up!!! I have a iphone 5.

You've probably reached your follow limit. Try again in an hour or so and it should be working again.

This sometimes happens when you recently followed a lot of people. Just give it about 45 minutes and you can follow everyone you want again.
