Facebook Chat Not Sending Messages?

My facebook chat works overall
But sometimes I send a message, it appears in chat, nothing different
But the other person doesn't receive it.

For example
Guy: Hey are you there
Me: Yeah what's up
Guy: Hello?
Me: Yeah what xD
Guy: Ok well I gotta go
Me: lol okay

REFRESH BROWSER:
Guy: Hey are you there?
Guy: Hello?
Guy: Ok well I gotta go

IT'S REALLY ANNOYING :C

OK, Problem does not involve your device but their devices. If your last message is delivered to your recipient, it is indicated by the word SEEN. Main problem is that, they are sometimes neither notified for new messge nor message is delivered on time.

The reason behind this is that, they have a slow internet connection or perhaps using an internet explorer but the problem is not with you.
