How can I create my account on Facebook security question ?

I want to create my account Facebook security question and I don't see where had been done, did they change there or not ? who can tell me if they changed thanks for all your comments.

If you mean you want to change the security question, you cannot, you can only answer it once. If you haven't answer it, it's under Account Setting ➤ Security.
