how do you make a picture smaller on iPhone 5 or Instagram ?
I want to put a picture of myself on Istagram but my head wont fit in the slot on Instagram :|

Can i make the slot bigger or my head smaller ?

I understand the problem and unfortunately you cannot make the slot smaller. You MIGHT be able to reduce the photo's size on the 5, but I doubt it. Your best bet would be to reduce on a computer and email it to yourself. Or just take a new photo.
