Is there a social networking site, like facebook or myspace, geared for or frequented by elementary age kids?

I have a ten year old little brother that talks about myspace all the time and says he wants to join, but you have to 14 to join. Is there something out there that children under 14 go to or is marketed toward? I don't think it would be appropriate for him to be on a social website that also has adults. Thank you! And if you have any other suggestions of social networking on the internet for kids, let me know!

The only website that is myspace-like and allows kids under 13 is Yuniti ( http://yuniti.com ). It is really safe & my 12 year old brother is on it. I'm 18 and use it as well. They added a lot of extra safety features to make sure kids would be protected.

Sites like Neopets and ClubPenguin allow kids under 13 to join as well, but it's more of a game and you aren't allowed to actually talk to anyone on the site until you are 13.
