What to do to have many followers?

If you are willing to spend a few bucks...go to ebay, and there are people doing shoutouts. Also, follow some people, some people will follow back. You can always un-follow them if they don't follow you back lol.

Okay, I've been having trouble with this too.
But after I tried some thing I started to get some attention on Instagram.

So there weren't many people following my account, so I decided I was going to try another one. I had a second email so I set up a new account. On that one I use hashtags and that really helped. Also follow people with a generous amount of followers (but not too many, or they will not notice you) and ask for a shoutout. This is really productive. Also if you feel comfortable posting pics of other people, you could google a famous person (like Demi Lovato), find a really cool pic of them, and post it to your wall (with hashtags of course ) I promise you followers will start coming in.

Actually what you can do to get alot of shout-out around the same time is that... make a post saying you'll like people's photos if they give you a shout-out or do "shout-out for a shout-out. They give you a shout and you give them one. Heres one more tip it might be useful, alot of people that you follow(that knows you) might or might not recognize you by your profile photo if you're profile is private. So make sure that your profile photo is the best photo( Most strangers that you follow will follow you back if you look like a pretty person) you have one your phone but at the same time they can recognize you). And if somone doesn't follow you back within like 3 days or so unfollow them because you dont want it to look like you follow 100 people more than following you back(Kinda makes you look like a stalker)
