turn off auto delete of my inbox?

why is yahoo automatically deleting my emails from my inbox folder?
how can I stop this!
I am a mail plus user and I wish to delete my emails by hand. every week, I loose all the e-mails I have on my inbox!
could use some help from yahoo support but can't find a contact anywhere!!

This number....1-855-837-9965 ...was accessed on 1/30/13 and they answered almost immediately..
