Can you delete a Facebook account without logging in?

Sorry for posting this again, my phone is retarded and won't let me add additional detail on my other question.

My dad took over my account back in January, because he's a jack @ss, and he's been posting pictures of me that I do not like, mainly because they are of when I was younger and feminine... I'm a dude now... So. He's torturong me with this shyt and I cannot sign in because he will be notified. Idk how, i tried once, and he found out. I need to know if there is a way to delete the account without signing in. My friends have seen these pictures and its embarrassing. ... And there is no talking to him about it.. So yeah..

Additional: I have no idea how my dad is notified. I tried signing in once and he came into my room and told me he new I tried to sign in. Soooo... There must be some setting, or he changed the password.. I don't know.
