No, it won't delete anything, when you deactivate it and then reactivate it again all your information will still be there.

Deactivating will not delete things on your Facebook. It makes your account temporarily "disappear." After you deactivate, your friends will not be able to find you. They cannot click your profile, because there will be nothing to click on. The photos you have upload will not show up for them. That is--until you log onto Facebook again. Once you log in, it will "reactivate" and everything will be the same as before.
