Rules on Facebook have they gotten dumb about role playing and rules in general?

Could some one tell me the rules on facebook? Looking to hear any rules. Like how not to get kicked off for role playing and page running. Also has facebook gotten dumb or something? Is it safe to role play and run pages? Is there a better site were I can role paly and run beside face book? Looking for a new public site? Or is role playing and page running safe on face book. I only do those things on face book. Its a break from my stressful life from school and jobs and home life.
