Why can't I hear the Instagram videos?

I've turned up my ringer and volume and turned off my vibrate and restarted the app but I still cannot hear anything

Ok so I was having the same problem and I figured it out. I have an iPhone and this is what I did.

Double click the home button and slide to the right, until u see the volume control, make sure it's all the way up.

Also make sure u don't have ur phone on silent mode. The little switch on the left side of the phone must be pushed up.

Try it, it worked for me.
