Block the person, or people, in your privacy settings.

just block him/her .... Block option is in SETTINGS.......or u can just modify your privacy settings

Or u could go to privacy settings and enable review tagging n the timeline and tagging and when the guy tags u u get notifications where u can accept the tag r hide the tag.
