You can fight off his haters, and write to him about your support for him. You can create a huge twitter, or face book group, and have many bieber fans join, and give him a big shout out. Some really hardcore fans, are shaving there heads to show there support for him. You can do many things like maybe making a video of yourself telling him about how you feel. Everyone is very sad he has cancer.
