he has also taken over my email account also. i have created another fb page. please help me i have proof of him asking for money
i also no who he is he lives in UK

Call the police in your city they will send out. Cyber crimes unit and that guy will be going to jail for extortion and hacking.

contact police or if you personally know the person beat the crap out of them, or hire a hacker to take your account back
