facebook page issues?

I like to play some of games to pass the time on facebook. iv'e had this problem before but I thought it resolved itself. basically, I can't see past posts by friends and others without it having that stupid loading circle. it never loads. also my games that I play on facebook seem to squish to one side and I can't see the page right. the game itself looks fine except that the side page with all the ads and chat bar have squished into with the game and I can't see half of it. please help. i'm tired of this happening. I've looked everywhere online for answers and I get similar posts but nothing exact to my predicament. is this facebook, my internet, some sort of virus that I can't find? it only seems to be facebook. my other websites I visit are fine. i'm also not very technical, so please be simple with the answer.
