Facebook password changed by itself??? HELP PLEASE!?

last night, i went to bed around 11 and today when i got on facebook, it asked me to log back in (i was already logged on from the night before I went to bed) it wouldn't allow me to log in because it said I had changed my password at 3:20AM later on that previous night, but I couldn't have because I was asleep, I wasn't on facebook. Anyway, I reset my password just in case and I checked my security options, and there were no unrecognized devices or locations found besides my own computer. Just to be on the safe side, I checked my email to see if i got an email saying i requested a password change the night before, but i couldn't find one. Just to be sure, I checked my other folders and sure enough in the "deleted" folder, there was an email from facebook at that same time the previous night saying i requested a password change. I have no idea what happened there? Nobody knows my email or password for my account and I never log in from any other computer/device BUT my own.

P.S. if it helps, I log into facebook on my laptop and i stay signed in, when I leave/get off the computer, I just hibernate it with my browser open so i can continue where i left off. this is my personal laptop and I have a password on it and everything. So nobody else has access to it.
ALSO, a few months ago I changed my facebook email as well and because I hadn't logged into that hotmail account, they deactivated my email and there was no way to get it back. So just to be sure, I created a NEW email and I added that to my primary email on facebook so that I could log in using the new and properly working email that I just made. But the secondary email that was the primary one before still remained a second email on the account, even though the email itself was no longer in use. Today I checked and I saw that the other email had vanished from my facebook and I only had my current and in use primary email left.
Not sure if that helps.

But if anyone has any idea as to what may be happening, please help! Any help/feedback is greatly appreciated

In your PS you said you said you still sign in FB. So, anybody in your house can go as you into your account.

I'm a bit confuse, you said the password was changed while you asleep, then how come you're able to change it now?

Regarding your old email that you don't use anymore, better you delete it and change with another one if you wish to (as alternative).

Oh yes, one last thing, you'd better change your primary email password too.

Clean your cache, cookie, log out, do deep scan virus check.
