I have an android phone and i check the android market but i cant find it anywhere Sad help please!

It already is. Perhaps your phone is too old? It is only available on Android version 2.2 and higher. Look in your phone's settings to see what Android version you have.

You should be looking on the Google Play Store. Android Market no longer exists. (If your phone has an Android Market app still then it is probably too old)
