If you @ someone on twitter but then delete it will they still get it?
If you @ someone on twitter, but you decide 'hey I actually wish I didn't say that' and delete it from your Tweets, will they still get it no matter what? Or will the notification delete from their inbox if they haven't read/seen it yet?

Next time their stream is updated, the item will be removed, whether they've seen it or not.
