Facebook question?!?!!?

I recently got a new phone and when i accessed fb for the first time it said it would need to send me a verification code but i never got one. Then it said i could log onto another device that would help me get onto it but i had cleared the history from my laptop so it's seen as an unrecognized device. Help!?
Fb isn't my life but i dont want to have to start a new account

ok, Firstly log on your laptop to facebook, then you Facebook Setting and Go to general setting And then MObile Then verified your Mobile when you go there you see more instruction!
