I don't have statistics on this, but restaurants, media organizations are the ones I see the most

Hotels, transportation, internet services, real estate agents, mortgage, debt consolidation, etc.

Typically B2C companies are the active ones of social media they could be selling product or service. Travel, telecom, hospitality, communication, real estate, deals, directories, ticket booking sites, electronics, etc are very active on social media, primary reason being most people would like to complain or compliment about them on Twitter and Facebook.
