Pictures Allowed on facebook timeline?

If I chose a picture to "not be allowed on timeline" at one point and now I want it to be in the pictures that Im tagged in that all my friends can see. If I choose "allow to timeline" does that mean it will be posted to the newsfeed and directly on my wall? I only want it in the pictures Im tagged in, not blown up on everywhere on the newsfeed and my wall
