Why aren't my Facebook comments appearing on webpages?

Basically, I have noticed that when I write and post a comment on a webpage that forces you to sign into Facebook in order to leave a comment, I refresh the page and it has suddenly vanished. It's also not logged in my Facebook 'activity log'. It's as if I've never written the comment to begin with.
I should point out that I've had my Facebook account for many years now, so it's not like I've made a new account. How do I fix this?

Make sure that you are logged in via facebook first, then enter the data that you'd like to submit.

Oh, this happens sometime, and the only solution is write it all over again. When there's a bad internet connection and you write your cmment or message on the internet how can it work when bad connection or if i refresh this pg in any other webs except yahoo my answer will be vanished too.
