uploading profile picture problem?

when I try to upload a Facebook profile picture, it doesn't give me the chance to crop and adjust what i like and don't like!

it just uploads it and it's too low for me. how do i adjust it before uploading? the photo is saved on my laptop FYI

you can use mspaint to crop it first if you want

Your profile picture can only be a square image but if you mean the thumbnail you can hover over your picture when on your timeline on a pc and where it says edit profile photo click it and then click edit thumbnail then adjust how you like. I hope this is what you meant. If not you can't adjust the crop of a picture on a touch screen if thats what your using so try a pc. :)xx

you can crop your pic in pc. Its very easy.
Just go to ms paint > then click select button.
