Reporting Someone On Facebook.?

You know like buy/swap/sell pages? Well, my sister brought some stuff from this Lady who gets everything from a warehouse. She had to pay for all thia stuff through a bank transfer. She hasn't received any of it and she has blocked her on facebook. Is there anything I can do to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else?

but everyone who has this happen to them can just talk to their bank and explain the situation - the bank will give you your money back while they investigate the issue
