Yahoo Customer Care became non-exsistent?

At what point is customer care going to fix their incredible sliding into the abyss email clients. Yahoo left me in what was told to me by yahoo IT's last year of a Beta email client. This that I did not request nor wish for. I have attempted to gain yahoo customer services attention for many, many, many months. Yet I do not even receive a auto generated confirmation on anything I sent to your services. This where today I can no longer view any email sent to me within your service. Be it with a preview widow , nor without it. I don't use preview, but I tried it to view emails sent to me.. It did not work either, to view these inbox emails.. The malfunctioning of yahoo email has grown to ever greater bounds of malfunctioning! Yahoo customer care service has gained even greater bounds of nonexistence!

Your points of money being the problem, doesn't balance with the point of advertisements being sold by Yahoo for their users, aka, the customers . Sorry rick2914. your wrong! As long as we the users are indeed exposed to the ads. Money is flowing in the point. Why has Yahoo Customer Care become nonexistent? As you might attempt to Double click the vote in which only two voters were involved, you and I. But my one vote being the writer of the question overrides you two extra votes. Like I am pointing out there is no excuse that yahoo can formulate that will excuse the point of lousie programming, dip stick IT's leaving customers like myself in beta emails for years on end . Especially seeing those like I that have been faithful customers and users since the very beginning of yahoo. Their actions show very weak minds, no loyalty, bloated ego's, and a very high percentage of unethical tactics. Quite like that of a tyrant of the dark ages!
Trooper6.. - That's Great for Ireland and India, but you show nothing for the US! I live in Northeastern New York. I would much appreciate being returned to a regular email client. As this beta version is an ever evolving cluster _ _ _ _! Luckily I had reached an Indian rep, who quickly resolved the emails being non-viewable. But as I said last, it's taken nearly over a year to get there. The most constant reminder of well below par beta crud, is that of very lame themes. Where the basic themes were removed for this beta crud. Let alone those features that pop up in failure at a revolving rate. But at the lease Trooper6... you are attempting to bring about the positive! Just to bad US Corporations and Corrupt Politicians are in a wide sweep of fleecing America for their own illicit gains. With that of the Fleecing of America and the rest the world, Start with the Reagon Era and the start of the AIG.. For that of Yahoo Itself, look at 2000 - 2001 and the Radio Campaign against the LA County Sheriff Department. Then to those server built and sold to pornographer's.. Then the false statement in that of the Captcha and what it was used for. But facts are it was to count heads of Users of the chatrooms, not for keeping Porno-bots out the rooms as told the users! I've given you enough to find these facts for yourself.. Lack of services for all these little pieces do add up to the whole and the undeniable Big Picture!
