i)is Mark's account hacked?
ii)who is Khalil Shreateh and what is Palestine?
iii)Does Fb has any policy that pays a hacker if he/she finds security flaws?
iii)and finally, if Mark's account was hacked, why would someone do that?

Yes.
That guy was a person who contacted Facebook to tell them that there are very bad security loopholes. The security team didn't believe him, so he hacked Mark's Facebook page to prove it.
That's the only reason why
