Facebook deactivated, spotify, government ID?

My Facebook has been deactivated for a reason they haven't yet explained to me. Facebook has asked me to upload a government issued ID, which for whatever reason they are also not letting me do (when I upload it, it simply says error). Further, my spotify account - which is connected to me facebook account, will not let me listen to music or log in manually. Im still paying for my spotify account, which has all my music on it, so this is understandably incredibly frustrating.

Can anyone help me with;
a) logging into my spotify without access to Facebook
b) somehow getting this Government ID up onto Facebook
c) circumventing the pretty ridiculous and intrusive request of uploading a government issued ID and getting access to my facebook account through other means.

happened to me to mate. when i upload a gov id it jsut says error

I just uploaded my own drivers license. Then an error came up. My room mate also had his facebook locked out and asking for ID.

Firstly.you go to Facebook community and help center.Find out your problems or tell Facebook about your problems.Then follow rules.
