You can also try a free one month download of Photoshop CS6.. I did it like 3 months ago and still have it... Not complaining though!

-BeFunky ( This is my favorite because it's free and you there are a lot of effects. I usually use this for editing people like fixing their blemishes. There's a clone stamp tool and other stuff )
