Can clicking a link then immediately closing it hack you?
I just clicked a link unwillingly due to lag. I immediately closed it without it loading fully. Will this hack me? If so what can I do?

What do you mean? Why do you add the word 'hack'? Do you think that it might be infected with a virus? If so, then most probably, the answer is no.
