What is a high paying social work related job?

I am a Marketing major, very interested in working with people. I love sales hence the marketing major, however I don't know if the business world is my passion. What would be a good under study minor program that I could add to my degree? I also want to make a lot of money to be quite frank! I have a passion for helping others and learning about people and their life experiences. Hopefully there are some professionals out there they see this post and can give me some good advice

To get a good job in the field of social work you will need to get a MSW (Master of Social Work). It is basically the minimum education you need to do anything relating to professional level social work.

What will help a lot is to first clarify in your own mind which is more important, high pay, or helping people. There is very little overlap, in my opinion. Neither choice is wrong, the world needs both.

In marketing, a person can convince themselves that their product fundamentally improves people's lives, but that's always suspect at a for-profit company. Would you sell to someone that wants it but doesn't really need it? Of course.
