Facebook user pretending to be my son, what can we do?

My son is in middle school. Someone made a facebook account using my sons picture and is harassing others pretending to be my son but using a fake name.
We found the account, we believe we now the kid who did this as he's done it before.
What can we do ?

Go to the fake account.
Click on the down arrow on the bottom right of the cover photo.
Click on Report/ block.
Report the Facebook page as a fake account.

If the account is being used to threaten people or for malicious purposes you should contact the police and pass on any information you have.

Report to Facebook and complaint to cyber police. Its a crime.
