How to stop seeing person on Facebook?

I've unfriended and blocked them, but they still appear when tagged in mutual friends' posts. Is there any way to stop this? I don't want to be unfriending the other friends, or blocking their posts as they're overseas.

i think??there is a link in ur security or privacy settings
to block friends of friends also

go on there facebook page and block them again , or maybe make a new account?
