Can anyone make a facebook page?

Me and my friend want to start our own facebook page, but can anyone make one? Ours would just be funny pictures and quotes and stuff, so are we allowed to do this? Also, any funny or witty names for a page would be gladly appreciated.

Also if you want to be cool and have more freedom try making a website at http://www.webs.com this way you can say what ever you like and you can blog and do way more then on facebook. It is really easy to use and you can make your site look the way you want in a few short clicks.
