Twitter Help???????????URGENT?

I cannot sign into my twitter account.
So I updated my ipod to IOS 7
when I tried to login in twitter it says I need to generate a temporary password on twitter.com
so I go on twitter.com try to sign in, and I get another message saying a code has been sent to my mobile device?

so how the hell am i supposed to get my code if I can't log in to twitter on my mobile device?
and how the hell am i suppose to generate a temporary password if i cant log into twitter on my pc?

If you have login verification enabled, that might be causing your issue. You will need to login on a desktop computer and generate a temporary password that you will use on the iOS device to login.
