What's wrong with instagram?

So as of right now 8/25/13 at 4:24pm eastern time instagram for me isn't working or a couple of My fiends, is anybody ealse having the same problems? It says it ha problems loading new pictures and the instagram team is working on it.

Same in the UK, god, i thought my account was terminated as had gained 400(+) followers i the last few days! (And hardly get any at any other time) its only been last half an hour/ hour. Good luck x
