download the app. select the camera option in the center and then click away

You Can Not Upload it From the Computer you Can Only Add Photos on the Instagram App to Upload Photos go to your Iphone or Android Open the Instagram App on the bottom click on the camera button than Select From your Phone the Photos than it should upload to Instagram
