You mean facebook credits? They are used to make in game purchases etc. 10 facebook credits equals 1 USD. You can find facebook cards in some stores like target, you can also purchase them directly thru facebook or whatever game/app you may want them for. You can also earn them for free either thru facebook directly or on a rewards site. Personally I use this method to earn mine:

Because it's fast to earn & I don't want to pay for fb credits...lol!!
